    Drive thru is very slow. Once I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru- August 6. I attributed it to new staff plus it was busy. Went yesterday, ordered a burger and a sour cream baked potato to bring to work for lunch. No sour cream or butter. No napkins. No plastic ware. Good Lord, are ten year olds working there? Never again.

    Made a salad vegan by asking them to leave off the cheese and chicken  They did that BUT the tomatoes tasted like they had been too chilled and thus they had a bad consistency, were not crunchy and had zero flavor. The fries were horrible. I picked out some that were edible but overall HOW does a burger place mess up fries??? See pic. Bad fries too bad! This was only so of the fries. I had already thrown away many more trying to eat in the car on the way home. Extremely long wait consistently at this location.

    Seemed like they were understaffed during my visit, but still good service and quality food. Always enjoy the Jr bacon cheeseburgers

    Just went to this Wendy's for our Saturday ice cream treat. We had decided to make this an every Saturday tradition....until now. We won't be back after receiving our ice cream sundaes that were half full, melted and barely had a full cookie on it. We were already driving away before we noticed or we'd have brought them back and complained. It's a lot less ice cream than in the picture shown on the menu. Moving our location choice to DQ and BR- more $ but more ice cream!!!
